Viva Las Vegas.

This weekend we headed down to Vegas for Matt and Kourtney's wedding!
It was such a great getaway.
It all started on Thrusday afternoon when we piled in the car with James and Karly.
Let me just say this:
We could not have picked better vacation partners.
James and Karly are such a blast!
We literally laughed the entire weekend.
We are so glad to have amazing friends like them.
And, we are excited for many more trips with them in the future.

When we got to Vegas we had a fun night on the strip.
We love watching the fountains at the Bellagio.
hahaha BFF's
Friday morning we slept in and then spent the day at the pool.
It was nice to be able to thaw out a little after being in freezing cold Provo all winter.
Thanks to Grandma B. who helped us get this amazing hotel with her time share!
The first swimsuit pictures of the season are always scary... talk about pale! haha!
Friday night there was an amazing wedding dinner put on by Matt's family.
Everything was at the JW Marriott and it was all so nice!
The dinner was a blast.
We did a skit for Kourt, and we all dressed up like Centennial High cheerleaders.

It was slightly embarrassing, but so funny!
Kourtney had 14 of us bridesmaids, which made all of the events very fun!

Saturday started bright and early when we headed to the Temple for the sealing.
It was very special, and the spirit was so strong.
Kourtney was the most beautiful bride!

After the temple we headed back to the JW for a wedding luncheon.
The food was delicious!
After the luncheon we had a break, where we were able to watch the BYU game.
The boys were such great sports all weekend, and we were happy they had a little time to kick back and watch basketball.
Then it was time for the reception.
Everything was truly gorgeous!
We were all in awe.

The reception was perfect.
It was a wonderful night, and Matt and Kourt were so happy.
We had a blast eating and dancing the night away!

It was an awesome weekend.
The weather was nice,
the wedding was incredible,
and spending time with our best friends was wonderful.
We are so glad that Matt and Kourt included us in their special day!

Oh,
and... the best part.
On the drive home we passed Michelle from the Bachelor on the freeway.
You better believe that the next time we passed her we held up a sign that read,
"We love you Michelle!"
She was so sweet...
she laughed, waved, and blew us a kiss.
haha!

Talk about embarrassing/hilarious!
Me and Karly are big Michelle fans..
And I don't care what anyone has to say about that!
:)
I hope Emily wins tomorrow.
Fingers crossed!!!

  2. Congrats to the couple! Me and my husband got married in Vegas 2 years ago. We went actually on holiday and came back married and we loved it. It was hilarious, exactly the way we wanted it. Weddings in Las Vegas are so special and unique! Good luck, Emily! Fingers crossed!
