Christmas lights!

Clark Griswald (Blair) decided he wanted to put up Christmas lights yesterday! I was thrilled! We blasted Christmas music and went to work. Talk about getting us both into the Christmas spirit! 

After a few trips to Home Depot, we were set. We decided to go with colored lights-- A tradition Blair had in his family growing up! 

While helping {watching} Blair put up our lights I had a very strong "life is good" moment. My handsome husband hanging lights on our new home, Christmas music blaring, a healthy baby growing in my belly, etc. I thought my heart was going to burst! I couldn't get the perma-smile off of my face. 

What a fabulous kick off to the Christmas season.
