9 months

(8-9 months)

•weighed 21.4 lbs (65%), and was 30 in. tall (90%)

•loves to sit and play with toys

•getting really good at feeding himself

•loves to eat cut up grapes, peaches, bananas, avocados, eggs, puffs, beans, string cheese, etc.

•favorite baby food: sweet potatoes 

•doesn't gag as much anymore! Yay!

•nursing every 4 hours 

•sleeping amazing. All night, and 2 long naps

•although sometimes he's an early bird. Waking up between 6-6:30. Occasionally if I feed him when he wakes up early he will go back to sleep for another hour or so. 

•babbles all the time.. Baba, mama, dada, ya, etc.

•gets really excited and does this laugh/breathing thing in his nose! He's hilarious

•very ticklish along his rib cage, arm pits, and inner thighs 

•obsessed with his dad! Always wants him.

•reaches up his arms when he wants to be held

•turns things over and over in his hands

•throws everything out of his car seat! 😡

•gives great open mouth kisses

•finally trying to move around a little bit, but not crawling yet.

•two teeth on the bottom 

•stands up really well, can hold onto something and just stand there

•has the best leg roll on his right thigh 

•learned how to drink from a sippy cup 

•learned how to clap

•learning new things everyday. Soaking it all in like a sponge and loving it! 

•size 3 diapers

•12 month clothes 

Bo,

•I never want to forget your happy disposition! You are always smiling and laughing at everything. You get really excited and clap your hands, hit your legs, breathe loud through your nose, hold your breath, and squint your eyes. It's our favorite! You are starting to do things to make us laugh. Like bonking your head on the shower walls! 

•I love how if you are crying and we pick you up you instantly stop like we just made everything all better. 

•We adore you Bo! You are the light of our lives. From the top of your still bald head, to your green eyes, down passed your double chin, smallest lips, open mouth smile, big curious hands, chubba belly, chunka toughy legs, and all the way down to your cutest feet. You make us laugh and smile all day long! Thank you for making parenthood so beautiful. You are everything we ever dreamed of and more!
