Sad news around the Frei home...
Mr. Blair broke his wrist on Wednesday playing in an intramural basketball game.
He kept trying to convince himself it was just a sprain, but by about 11:30 pm it was just killing him! So we decided to go to the ER and have it looked at.
And sure enough...
he had a fractured scaphoid.
He had to go to a specialist the next day to see if he needed to get surgery.
Lucky for us, the doctor said it should heal on its own!
But now he has the sweet blue cast for the next 6 weeks.
Hopefully it starts healing up soon!
He has been pretty achy the last few days...
it's no fun!
But hey...
let's look on the bright side--
his cast will match his graduation gown perfectly!

ReplyDeleteoh bummer!!! Sometimes I wish i could have a cast sometimes because they make you look so tough! I hope he gets well soon! Oh and I'm coming to Utah at the beginning of May so we better get to see each other or else.....
