Happy Birthday Grandpa Chuck!

On Monday we celebrated Blair's Grandpa Chuck's birthday.

He passed away four years ago, but every year Grandma Sondra throws a birthday party for him at the cemetery!

We all write messages to Grandpa Chuck on balloons...

then we sing "Happy Birthday," and let them go!

I think it's a really special tradition,

and I hope it continues for a long time.

Although I never had the opportunity to meet Grandpa Chuck, I know he was a great man! Blair and his brothers loved him very much!
