This year for the Fowler family summer vacay we headed out to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It was one of my very favorite vacations. The trip consisted of: beach time, swimming at our pool, riding bikes everywhere, tennis, golf, Salty Dog ice cream, lighthouses, morning jogs in the insane humidity, alligators!, gorgeous sunsets, visiting Savannah and Charleston, haunted house hunting, delicious food eating, light houses, warm ocean water, exploring, admiring the gorgeous homes in Sea Pines, games at night, our favorite pool game "subs" (my favorite was the night we played after the kids went to bed with all of the adults), sand castles, spike ball, and unlimited family time. I think I speak for the entire Fowler clan when I say that we will be visiting HHI again soon.
Best vacation ever!
